ERROR 404/PARSER EXCEPTION

Error 404 or PARSER EXCEPTION message simply means a channel has temporarily gone down.

We have many backup sources for most channels, so if a channel goes down, it will typically come right back up.

You may sometimes need to turn to a different channel, then turn back if the backup source hasn’t kicked in automatically.

If you have experienced this error for a long period of time, and the channel remains down, then send an email to

[email protected], and we will look further into the issue.

Be sure to provide the exact channel names.
