Renewing your Apollo TV Group subscription is exactly the same process as buying a new one — there’s no separate “renew” button or special form. Simply purchase the same (or any) package again through our website, and your existing account will be extended automatically with the new duration.
Here’s how it works step by step:

Choose the package you want to renew with (e.g., if your current Platinum is expiring, select Platinum 12 Months again — or upgrade/downgrade if you prefer). - Fill out the customer information form using the same email address you used for your original purchase. This is crucial — entering the same email tells our system to extend your existing account instead of creating a new one. Include your current username if prompted (from your welcome email), but the email match is what matters most.
- Complete the payment via BTCPay (Bitcoin only, as always). Use the same secure method (Cash App, PayPal, BTC send, etc.) and follow the exact steps from our payment guide.
- After payment is confirmed:
- Your subscription end date will be extended by the new period (e.g., +12 months for Platinum).
