Reset or Change Password (Members Only)
This section is for existing Apollo TV Group members who already have an active account and need to reset a forgotten password or change their current one. (If you’re not yet a member, you don’t have an account portal — your credentials are sent directly in the welcome email after purchase.)
Reset Password (If Forgotten)
If you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to reset it:
- Go to the official Apollo TV Group member portal: https://apollotvsgroup.com/Portal/ (Note: Use your actual domain apollotvsgroup.com — never use any other link or third-party site claiming to be us.)
- Enter the email address associated with your Apollo TV Group purchase.
- Click the “Reset Password” or “Forgot Password” option (if available on the login page).
- A new temporary password will be emailed to you within approximately 5 minutes (check your spam/junk folder if it doesn’t arrive quickly).
- Use the temporary password to log in, then immediately change it to a new one following the steps below.
Change Password (After Logging In)
To update your password at any time:
- Go to the member portal: https://apollotvsgroup.com/Portal/
- Log in using your current username (from your welcome email) and password. Click the LOGIN button.
- Once logged in, navigate to the Change Password tab/section.
- Enter your new password in the provided field. Confirm it by re-entering it in the second field.
- Click SAVE CHANGES or Update Password.
Important Password Rules
- Only use alphanumeric characters: Letters A-Z (uppercase or lowercase) and numbers 0-9.
- Do NOT use any special characters: No ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) . / ~ ` ‘ – = _ + [ ] { } | \ ; : ” ‘ < > ? , or spaces.
- Keep it strong but simple — aim for at least 8–12 characters (e.g., Apollo2026Secure123).
This ensures compatibility with our secure system and prevents login issues.
If You Run Into Problems
- No email arrives after the reset? Check spam/junk/promotions folders, or wait up to 10 minutes.
- Can’t log in after reset? Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser (Chrome/Firefox recommended).
- Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your registered email address and a brief description — we’ll manually assist, reset for you, or send updated credentials securely.
